Shipping and returns

All orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the method of your choice. We do our very best to keep up with our stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. 
UK ORDERS
We use Royal Mail and Evri as our standard delivery in the UK. Orders places after 1pm GMT time will be processed the working next day. 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently offer DPD and Evri for international orders which typically takes up to 10-12 business days. However transit times may vary due to customs delays.  All orders are shipped out of our London warehouse in the UK.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For international customers: as a small independent brand, we are not able to cover additional customs duties, tariffs, or local taxes. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your country’s customs office. Please note, we cannot legally mark orders as gifts.
For UK customers, all our prices include VAT.
HOW DO I RETURN?

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure proof of delivery. We also recommend that the value of the retuned item be fully insured, for your own protection.
Original shipping charges and any taxes and duties paid are also non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item that is required.
REFUNDS
We have a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY (UK & INTERNATIONAL) for full-priced items. Please allow 7-10 days for processing the refund once we have received the items in our warehouse.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS
We will gladly accept returns on all full-price items within 14 days from the time of delivery for UK and international customers for full price. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags and packaging. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item that is required. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SALE ITEMS
Our UK return period is 14 days from shipping for sale items and we do not offer returns for international buyers (the sale is final). The sale period applies only to the order date and cannot be extended or retrospectively discounted should you purchase outside of the sale period.
