A uniquely convertible piece which can be worn in multiple ways. Features a top and tiered skirt that connect at the waist, allowing it to be worn as a dress or as separates. The top is reversible. The tie can be fastened in the front creating a V-neck and cut-out detailing, or it can be worn with the square neck in the front (with the tie at the back).
